Admissions privacy

Roshpina Academy collects the information parents or legal guardians enter in the admissions inquiry form so school staff can review the inquiry and contact the family.

What we collect

We ask for the student’s name, current and requested level, day or boarding interest, and the parent or guardian’s name, relationship, phone number and optional email. A message is optional. Please do not send medical records, identity documents or other sensitive details through this form.

Who can see it

Applications are stored in the school’s admissions system and visible to authorised staff through a protected dashboard. The principal’s email alert contains only an application reference; staff must sign in to see the details.
